Military Resume Wizard

The Military Resume Wizard is designed specifically for military personnel transitioning to civilian employment. The goal was to provide an affordable solution for the most significant problem facing transitioning military personnel – how to translate their military experience into language that will be understood by civilian employers.

Kathy E. Malone, USN (ret)

A 26 year military veteran and professional transition coach, Kathy is the founder of Front Line Success Systems, LLC a personal development company committed to helping military people in transition create the next chapter in their lives. Drawing from her personal transition experience, she has coached hundreds of people from every branch of service through successful career and life transitions. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Summa Cum Laude) from National University San Diego and is a graduate of Coach U, the world’s premier coaching institute. An Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, she is also a founding member of the International Association of Coaches and President of the Nevada Professional Coaches Association.

Jeff has over 15 years experience as a job search specialist and Human Resources professional. He founded his company Resumes First - Job Search Systems, to assist companies in the process of downsizing and also help individuals one-on-one with resume writing, job search techniques and interview skills preparation. Certified as a DDI Personality Dimensions and Train the Trainer Instructor, Jeff is co-author of The High Impact Resume and The High Impact Interview workbooks. Jeff has made several television guest appearances providing audiences with valuable resume writing and interview skills tips outlined in his books. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology.

As a corporate trainer, Rod has trained franchise owners and managers in a variety of hiring techniques including recruiting, interviewing and selection. With 17 years experience, he is an expert in crafting questions used by employers during hiring interviews that reveal inherent personality traits in the interviewee. He has applied his diverse talents to scripting, directing and producing several highly successful television commercials. Co-author of the High Impact Resume and High Impact Interview workbooks, Rod obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology where he focused on Cognitive and Perceptual Processes.
